I write code and tinker compulsively, for pleasure, and for sheer interest in computers. I love my wife, three daughters, dog, and cat, and hope to soon move us all to a small farm.
When away from my desk, I run, cycle, read philosophy and robotics papers, fix anything that I can get my hands on, take pictures, draw, play guitar & piano (though not simultaneously), study mathematics, and enjoy life to its fullest.
Currently, I man the boiler room at Foxycart. In my free time I play with Factor and write.
I am on a low-information diet, and only check voice- and e-mail twice daily at 12pm and 4pm Eastern Standard Time (GMT-5). I rarely use time vampires such as IM or IRC.
